Booked our trip to Lapland way back in October 2017. Today we got back. We have had the most amazing few days and we couldn’t have done the activities we did, without the help of Toni. We are currently on honeymoon at The SENSATORI Azul Beach Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico.We booked very last minute - in fact the day before!! However we were in contact with Toni at Not Just Travel regularly leading up to the booking. Nothing was too much trouble, she quoted us for several hotels and gave us all the relevant information - things we wouldn’t have known about had we just booked online.Our destination, hotel and date changed several times and although she was probably glad to get us booked and off the phone she was always helpful and prompt with her replies.We are currently looking at booking our family holiday for July and would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a holiday, their service is second to none.Thank you so much for helping us find a wonderful hotel to relax and enjoy after our wedding x x
